About
The answers were already in the recordings.
RevVane is a call intelligence platform. It reads every inbound call and writes down what the caller wanted, how the call ended and what it was worth. The views built on top of that record — the demand behind those calls, and the questions your team could not answer — are not written yet. This page covers why it exists, what it deliberately is not, and how we make money.
New product. Launched 2026. No customers yet.
An archive nobody opens, holding the answer to everything.
This was built by someone who runs businesses that live on inbound calls. Every month ended the same way: a call log with a count on it, a folder of recordings nobody had time to open, and three questions that the recordings could have answered outright.
What did people actually want?
Not the call count. The request. Which service, in which area, how urgently — and the things people kept asking for that nobody offered. That is the clearest demand signal a business produces, and it evaporates the second the caller hangs up.
What could the team not answer?
Every business has questions its people fumble. A price they are unsure of, a service they forget exists, a lead time nobody agreed on. Those moments are the best coaching material a company has, and they are invisible unless somebody listens to every call.
What was any of it worth?
Calls, sources, outcomes and revenue usually live in three systems and a spreadsheet. Answering a simple question about which channel earned its keep meant reconciling them by hand, which is why the question mostly went unasked.
None of these questions is exotic. All three are unanswerable at volume without reading every call, and reading every call by hand is not a job anyone does twice.
Every call read, not a sample.
The part that exists today transcribes each recording and attaches a structured read: what the caller asked for, how ready they were to buy, how the call ended, an estimated value range, and spam or voicemail flags. Every label points at the span of transcript that produced it.
The rest is meant to be built on top of that record. Aggregated demand, the ranked list of questions your team could not answer, per-person feedback, the REST API and the MCP server are none of them written yet. They are described on this site in the future tense on purpose, and each one carries its status.
On our own calls first
We run this against our own calls before anyone else sees it. If we ever publish figures from that, they will be labelled as ours, the counting rules will sit next to them, and the unflattering results stay in. We are not going to print a number we cannot show the query for.
What this deliberately is not.
We are a layer that reads. Whatever already carries your calls stays your system of record, and nothing we do happens while the caller is on the line. If you are shopping for a replacement phone system, we are not that product and never will be.
- Not a phone systemWe do not provision numbers, carry minutes, or keep your lines up.
- Not a call routerWe do not decide who a call goes to, in what order, or at what price.
- Not an AI receptionistWe never speak to your callers. No voice agent, no answering, no menus. We work on the call after it ended.
- Not a CRMWe do not want to be where your deals live. We put a read next to the call and export it to wherever you work.
- Not a staff monitoring toolNo live listening, no keystroke anything, no automatic escalation. Coaching material for a manager, with the transcript attached.
- Read-only where it countsThe API and the MCP server, when they ship, will query your data and will not be able to change it.
How we make money, stated plainly.
Subscriptions. That is the whole model.
Operator $79, Scale $199, Agency $499 a month. The prices are on the site because a hidden price is usually a price that changes based on how desperate you look, and because we would rather you disqualify us in ten seconds than in a sales call.
We meter on calls analysed, not seats and not minutes. Your phone provider already meters your minutes; a second minute-meter on top would be double-dipping. Month to month, no setup fee, cancel any time, full export on every tier.
- We do not sell or resell your call dataNot raw, not aggregated, not anonymised into an industry benchmark you did not agree to.
- We never train models on your callsNot on any tier, not with a toggle buried in settings, not on transcripts and not on audio.
- We do not take a cut of anything we findA percentage of recovered or booked revenue would pay us to over-report. You would stop trusting the numbers within a month, correctly.
- We do not broker leads or run an ad networkNo second revenue line that depends on seeing your callers and your sources.
- No paid placementNobody can buy a recommendation, a ranking or a mention inside the product.
What you will not find anywhere on this site.
We launched in 2026 and we have no customers yet. Rather than dress that up, here is the list of things a site like this usually fakes, and why ours does not have them.
- No testimonials, quotes or customer storiesWe have no customers. An invented quote is a fabrication with civil penalties attached, and it would be obvious anyway.
- No logo barIncluding the version where integration logos are laid out in a grid so they read as customers. Same lie, extra steps.
- No SOC 2 badgeWe do not hold a report and we do not claim one. The security page says exactly what we do and do not have.
- No accuracy or uptime percentageNot until we can publish the method behind it. A number without a method is decoration.
- No first-or-only claimsSeveral vendors already ship MCP servers, and conversation analytics is an old category with serious products in it. Ours is a feature we intend to document properly, not a category we invented.
- No usage counters or activity feedsThere is nothing to count yet.
- No example figures presented as resultsWhere we show sample output, it is labelled illustrative, because that is what it is.
