Import every call, its revenue and its recording from your Ringba account.
Read access only, at the narrowest scope the provider offers. We never train models on your calls.
Transcribes each recording, then scores outcome, intent, estimated job value, spam/voicemail, and whether the call looks disputable.
Every label points at the transcript span that produced it, carries a confidence score, and can be corrected. See call analysis for the full read.
Not self-serve yet. Ringba is in build: it works, but today we connect it with you during onboarding rather than from a settings page. The steps below are how it will work when it lands. Shipped connectors are dated in the changelog.
Email and password. 14 days on Scale, no card. One workspace per book of business, so an agency can keep client data separate from the start.
Ringba either issues an API key you paste in, or uses an OAuth screen you approve. Credentials go into an encrypted per-workspace vault, we request the narrowest scope offered, and you can revoke from either side at any time.
Choose the date range to backfill, which campaigns or properties to include, and which calls get analyzed. Syncing is free and never stops. Only analysis draws down your plan, so you control the meter rather than discovering it on an invoice.
