Platform/Tracking & revenue

One place for all of it

Keep track of everything, in one place you can audit.

In build

Calls, sources, outcomes and revenue in one view — with the counting rules published, so the numbers survive an argument.

This part is in build. The code runs, but the connections behind it are not self-serve yet, so we set them up with you rather than leaving you at a blank screen.

In detail

How it works

Every call in one timeline

Across numbers, sources and locations, with outcome and value attached.

Joined to your marketing

Connect Search Console and your call platform so you can see what a channel is genuinely worth.

Drills to raw rows

Every aggregate opens the calls behind it. A number you cannot audit is a number you cannot argue with.

Published methodology

We document exactly which field we treat as revenue and how duplicates are handled.

Limits

What this does not do

The fastest way to lose someone is to let them find the edge on their own. So here it is up front.

  • We read; we do not bill. No money moves through us and no invoice is generated here. Your call platform and your accounting stay the system of record.
  • We do not provision tracking numbers or run the phone system. Where a call came from is whatever your existing system recorded, passed through and joined up.
  • We do not silently reconcile away a difference. Where our number and your platform's number disagree, we show the variance and publish the counting rule so you can decide which is wrong.
  • Cost has to come from you. We cannot see your ad spend, so cost and margin figures only exist for the sources where you send the cost in.
  • We do not model multi-touch attribution. Revenue is joined to the call and to the source behind it, not spread across a path of touches.
