Pricing

You pay per call analyzed.
Not per seat. Not per minute.

One meter: an inbound call, transcribed and scored. Put four people on the phones or forty and the price does not move, because the calls are the work — not the headcount answering them. Month to month, cancel any time, no setup fee.

Instead of a logo bar

No customer logos, no star ratings, no "trusted by N businesses" — we launched in 2026 and have none of those honestly. We are also not SOC 2 certified and will not print a badge saying otherwise. What we can hand you instead: the exact rules we count with, a dated changelog, and an export button that works on day one.

Compare

What each tier actually includes

Limits, not adjectives. The numbers below are the same ones the app enforces, grouped by the five things the product does. Rows marked In build are designed and being built — you cannot use them today, on any tier.

What is shipped today is the analysis pipeline: transcription, outcome, intent, estimated value, spam and voicemail. Demand intelligence, team performance, the API and the MCP server are in build, which is why they carry a badge instead of a tick. Connector status is tracked the same way — the Ringba and Search Console connections are in build, and CSV, Sheets, Slack and CallRail are planned. The changelog says what has actually shipped, with dates.

How we meter

One meter. The one you can forecast.

We charge per call analyzed — transcribed, labelled and scored. Not per seat, because the people answering your phones are the point: charging by headcount would bill you for staffing the thing you are trying to improve, and it would push you to leave the newest person off the account. Not per minute, because your call platform already meters minutes; a second minute-meter on top is paying twice for the same audio.

Syncing is free and unmetered against analysis. A call lands in full — its number, source, duration, outcome fields and recording URL — whether or not you have analysis credits left.

When you hit the cap

Syncing does not stop. Calls keep arriving in full and new ones queue as pending analysis until the month resets or you upgrade — at which point the queue is worked through. We do not quietly drop your data, and we do not auto-charge you for an overage you did not choose.

The arithmetic, so you can price it against your own book: $79 ÷ 500 analyzed calls is $0.16 a call on Operator. $199 ÷ 3,000 is $0.066 a call on Scale.

Set that against what one booked job is worth to you — you know that number and we do not. We are not going to print an ROI figure here: we have no customer results to quote, and an invented one would tell you nothing.

Questions

The things people ask first

What counts as a call analyzed?

One inbound call transcribed and scored — outcome, intent, estimated job value, spam/voicemail flags, and the transcript span behind each label. Syncing a call is free; only analysis draws down credits.

Do you charge per minute?

No. Ringba already meters your minutes. Charging a second minute-meter on top would be double-dipping, so we price on calls analyzed — a unit you can forecast.

What happens when I hit my analysis limit?

Syncing never stops. Calls keep landing in full; new ones queue as pending analysis and you get an upgrade prompt. We will not quietly drop your data.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

Neither. Month-to-month, cancel any time, no setup fee.

Can I get my data out?

Yes — full CSV export on every tier, no support ticket, no gate. Our source of truth is your call platform, so if you leave you lose our analysis, not your calls.

Do you train AI models on my calls?

No. Never, on any tier. Your recordings and transcripts are not used to train models.

What if your numbers don't match Ringba?

They should, and we publish exactly how we count so you can check. Every aggregate drills through to the raw call rows behind it. See our methodology page.

Is there a free trial?

14 days on Scale, no card required. Connect a source and analyze real calls before you decide.

Still deciding? Read how we count, or who this isn't for — that second one is shorter and more useful.

Connect your calls. Analyze real ones. Then decide.

14 days on Scale, no card. If a week of your own calls tells you nothing you did not already know, export everything and close the account — your calls stay where they always were.
