Disposition code

The buyer's post-call label explaining what happened.

Agents apply disposition codes after the call — qualified, wrong state, not interested, duplicate, voicemail. Codes are how a buyer justifies a dispute, and comparing their codes against your own transcript labels is the fastest way to find systematic mislabelling.

We label every call against this vocabulary

RevVane transcribes each inbound call and attaches a structured read — outcome, intent score, estimated job value, spam and voicemail flags, and whether the call looks disputable. Every label points back at the part of the transcript that produced it, and every aggregate drills through to the raw call rows behind it.
